I grew up in Lacey, Washington and come from a strong competitive sports background where I captained many of the teams I played for through college. My main sports growing up were soccer, football, and rugby. That strong team and leadership ethos has forever been ingrained in me having spent my formative years in such an environment. I was also heavily involved in The Boy Scouts growing up where I attained the rank of Eagle Scout. My passion for helping people, the environment, and my local community continue to this day. When I’m not helping teams and organizations reach their fundraising goals I love to travel and be out in nature. I am an avid mountain biker, scuba diver, and snowboarder. I recently took up sky diving and find it to be one of the purest forms of getting outside one’s comfort zone. I am also a Universal Life Church Minister, having officiated over 40 weddings where I enjoy teaching the art of champagne sabering. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner with keen interests currently in self-improvement, nutrition, and finance. I am a member of the White Pass Ski Patrol where I enjoy giving back to my home mountain and the comradery of my fellow patrollers.
