Growing up in Edwardsville, Illinois, I was always very passionate about sports, but specifically baseball. A lot of hard work helped me become a Louisville Slugger High School All-American in 2015 as a shortstop. Upon graduating from Edwardsville, I played collegiately at Missouri State, Jefferson College, and Creighton University. I graduated from Creighton with a degree in Communications, and then started a graduate program while coaching as a graduate assistant at Creighton. At the same time, I continued pursuing a career playing baseball. I played for three teams - The Winnipeg Goldeyes, Utica Unicorns, and Billings Mustangs, before having my contract selected by the Kansas City Royals in 2021. After one season with the Royals, I was released and went back to coaching for my alma mater, this time as the Volunteer Assistant Coach. I played professionally this past summer again for the Billings Mustangs, and now am looking forward to making a difference for athletic team across the 618/314 region.
