Originally from Memphis, TN, I am the son and grandson of teachers; my dad taught high school math, my mom Kindergarten, and grandma high school history and speech. Growing up, I played basketball, soccer, and baseball but chose to focus on baseball once I entered high school. I attended Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, where my dad taught for 35 years, and helped coach baseball for younger kids. I received my bachelor’s degree in organizational communication from Middle Tennessee State in Murfreesboro, TN, where I was invited as a walk-on with the baseball team. As a three as a starter, we won the Sun Belt Championship my senior year. After graduating, I moved back to Memphis and spent almost 8 years giving full-time lessons and coaching all ages of travel baseball. I moved to Nashville in 2021 to be closer to family. I love sports (especially the St. Louis Cardinals, Tennessee Titans, Memphis Grizzlies, and Nashville Predators), traveling, cooking, live music, playing with my dog Auggie, going to the gym, Disney, and above all, spending time with the people I love. I am passionate about helping kids succeed not just in sports, but in life – I look forward to improving kids’ experiences and making coaches’ jobs easier.
