My Name is Jacqueline (Jackie) Machuca and I am a woman of faith who pours her heart into her career because I truly care and want to help others. I am married to a High School Security/Health Aid who is also a former wrestling coach. I have a 12 year old daughter and a 2 year old son. I enjoy being with my family, as we love to try new foods, places to visit and playing games together. My hobbies include cooking, traveling and being a mom. I am a graduate from University of Phoenix with a Master’s in Secondary Education.I hold my Teaching Credential in the subjects of English and Theater. I received my undergraduate from Cal State Fullerton with an B.A. in Business Management and I also have my California Real Estate licenses. I have enjoyed teaching and substitute teaching for the past 10 years at a few different elementary and high school districts. While Teaching I have found it most rewarding by helping students meet their goals set inside and outside my classroom. My most favorite part of teaching has been getting involved in school culture, which helps me create a rapport with my students. I have had the opportunity to assist in different High School Activities by working events such as dances, football games, judging cheer tryouts and many more. Teaching is a big part of my life and I am very proud of my work I have accomplished so far. By being apart of the Vertical Raise team, I have found another satisfying career that allows me to help teams and groups raise funds that help them have a successful season. I put my passion towards tailoring each fundraiser to be unique to help them maximize the amount of funds raised in a single launch.
