Phil Santomauro
Territory Sales Representative
Phil Santomauro has spent the majority of his career working his way up in the Real Estate and Title industry. After graduating from SUNY Albany in 2014, Phil began working at All State Abstract as an administrative assistant, eventually becoming a Title Closer, and then finally advancing to Sales Manager and Account Executive. Phil has also worked independently as a paralegal for multiple Closing Attorney’s across Long Island. Most recently, in 2023, he began working as a Territory Sale Manager at Vertical Raise. Phil graduated from Harborfields High School in 2010 where he was captain of the Football and Wrestling team, gaining experience he would later utilize while working at multiple youth Wrestling and Football camps throughout college. He continued his training after high school, using his wrestling background to transition to Martial Arts, obtaining his Purple Belt in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu and Brown Belt in Karate.
