
Born in London, Ontario, and raised in Buffalo, New York, Ken graduated from Williamsville North High School in 1990 and attended Morrisville State University, where he played lacrosse. After traveling for a period, he returned to Buffalo and completed his degree at Buffalo State University. In 1996, Ken began his coaching career at Williamsville East High School, coaching football for 8 years and boys’ lacrosse for 15 years. He later owned and operated Blue Bison Sports in Williamsville, NY. In 2017, he joined Clarence High School as a boys’ lacrosse coach and concluded his coaching career as the varsity head coach in 2024. Ken now lives in Clarence, NY, with his wife and two sons and works for Vertical Raise Fundraising, supporting programs in raising funds to provide players and students with the best possible experiences throughout their seasons.
