I have lived, wrestled and coached in the Charlotte area my entire life. After a successful High School Career at East Gaston High School I went on to wrestle at UNC Greensboro. I then coached at Belmont Abbey for 2 years while in grad school at UNC Charlotte. Afterwards I began coaching at Hough High School, where I am still coaching today. We have won 8 Conference Championships, 7 Regional Championships and 2 State Championships. I have had multiple state champions and several go on to wrestle in college. An integral part of that success was being able to raise enough funds to provide the equipment and meet the travel expenses needed to help my Athlete's reach their goals. I have tried many ways to raise those funds and Vertical Raise was the simplest, and most lucrative way I tried. I am excited to provide the sport, and area that I love with the best fundraising platform in the Industry.
