Growing up in Calgary, I developed an enduring love for sports and the outdoors. From a young age, I eagerly participated in sports. Playing hockey, softball, football, golf, and various racket sports taught me valuable lessons that I have taken with me throughout life. After I graduated from Sir Winston Churchill High School, I attended the University of Lethbridge where I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. This further grew my love and passion for sports and made me realize how rewarding it is to help kids experience those same joys and lessons that I was fortunate enough to have as a youth in Calgary. In addition to my passion for sports, I have always cherished the great outdoors. Exploring nature with my wife and our two dogs on countless adventures brings me immense joy and a sense of peace. Whether hiking in the mountains or visiting our favorite dog parks in the city, getting outside and exploring is one of my favorite ways to pass time and reset. My firsthand experiences with the profound benefits of sports during my childhood have fueled my enthusiasm to join the Vertical Raise team. By using Vertical Raise’s top tier techniques and technology, we assist teams and clubs in meeting and exceeding their fundraising goals in the most efficient and effective way possible. I feel a great sense of pride knowing that my work can assist these groups in reaching their full potential, and in turn, help shape a brighter and healthier future for our community.
